Hydro jetting blocked drains
Clearing blocked drains properly requires the right equipment. I use a range of specialised high-pressure water jetting nozzles capable of clearing all types of blockages in earthenware, PVC, cast iron and copper pipes from simple waste and grease blockages to those difficult tree root blockages in sewer lines and stormwater drains.
Drain Camera inspection
CCTV Drain Cameras can be used for a variety of reasons such as drain condition inspections, fault and pipe location and finding inspection openings and cleanouts to name a few. I also carry out drain camera inspections on all drains I clear to confirm any tree roots blocking the drain have been removed and the drain has been cleared thoroughly.
Sewer and drain locating
Above ground location receivers translate a digital signal transmitted from the CCTV Drain Camera inside the pipe into useful information such as position, depth and direction of the drain underground. Once I have found what I am looking for inside the sewer line or stormwater drain with the drain camera, I can then pinpoint its exact location.
Electric Eel drain clearing
I have been using Electric Eels since their introduction into Australia over 40 years ago. Although Electric Eels have now been replaced with faster, cleaner and more effective high-pressure water jet equipment to clear blocked drains and pipes, I still operate two Electric Eels and use them for specialised work when a water jet may not be suitable.
